KARIMGANJ, Aug 31 - At a time when there has been a lot of talk that officers from Mumbai Police are here in Barak Valley to look for Siddhartha Das, who is believed to be the father of Sheena Bora and first husband of Indrani Mukerjea, Karimganj SP Pradip Ranjan Kar said that no officer from Mumbai Police has even contacted him or visited any police station here till now. �Nobody from Mumbai Police has turned up as yet,� the SP maintained.
Meanwhile, though reluctant to speak any more on the issue, Shantanu Das, brother of Siddhartha, echoed his mother Maya Rani Das, saying that he doesn�t know the whereabouts of his brother. �Neither me nor my family has been in touch with him (Siddhartha) for a long time. He has not maintained contact with us and we do not know where he is now,� Shantanu was quoted as saying.
