IMPHAL, Nov 28 Manipur Peoples Party (MPP), a regional political party has sent a missive to Union Law and Justice Minister M Veerappa Moily, seeking establishment of a separate High Court for State in consonance with the national policy of delivering justice at the doorstep.

The missive signed by MPP president Dr Nimai Chand Luwang said that despite the provision under the Constitution for the institution of High Court for each State, no separate High Court has been established for Manipur.
