DIBRUGARH, June 28 � Rinku Chauhan, a 34 years old mother reportedly killed her son and daughter and later took a noose herself at her rented house in Milannagar here today.
Police suspected that the mother committed suicide after hanging her son Yash (3) and later strangulating her daughter Kumkum (9). The bodies of the mother and son were found hanging in a noose while the body of the daughter was on a bed.
The incident came to light at around 4 am today when Vyas Chauhan, the husband of Rinku had reportedly gone out. Police has picked up Vyas Chauhan and neighbour Shiv Raj Thakur for interrogation.
