KOHIMA, July 14 - The three-day Monsoon session of Nagaland Assembly was today adjourned sine die by Speaker Chotisuh Sazo.

During the session, which began on Tuesday, the House decided to extend the tenure of the chairman and members of Assembly Select Committee on the Nagaland Lokayukta Bill 2015 with instructions to present its report within six months.

The House also passed two fresh bills � St Joseph Catholic University (Nagaland) Bill 2016, and the Nagaland Appropriation (No 3) Bill 2016 and an amended bill � Nagaland Salaries, Allowances and other facilities of the Members of Nagaland Assembly and Pension for ex-Members (Fifth Amendment) Bill, 2016.

Chief Minister TR Zeliang also presented the Nagaland Department of Underdeveloped Areas Service Rules, 2016 before the House. � PTI
