GUWAHATI, July 26 - A mobile application dedicated to tourist destinations of the North East was launched here on Saturday. The application �Northeasttrips� available on Google Play will be available in Apple by next week.
Developed by Koyeli Tours & Travels, a recognised tour operator of Assam Tourism, the App will help users in getting brief description of the places of importance, a press release stated.
Visitors downloading the App will have information of the seven States - Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura. There are about 27 popular packages covering Guwahati, Shillong, Cherrapunjee, Pobitora, Manas, Kaziranga National Park, river island Majuli, Imphal and Kohima (Hornbill Festival), informed Arijit Purkayastha of Koyeli Tours and Travels.
