TURA, June 25 - A seven-year-old girl from Kaimbatapara II village in Chibinang under Phulbari Police Station in West Garo Hills (WGH) was allegedly raped by a 17 year old teen after forcefully taking her from her house.
The incident took place on Saturday evening after which the juvenile has been on the run.
According to locals, the victim was carried by the suspect forcefully in his arms. The victim was taken to the suspect�s house where he sexually assaulted her. He absconded immediately after the crime. A case was filed yesterday at Phulbari Police Station.
