NAGAON, April 9 - The Nagaon police led by ASI Gaurov Mahanta last night arrested two youths from Morangiyal in the town for kidnapping a minor girl from Bebejia area and also saved the girl from their possession.
According to police sources, the arrested kidnappers have been identified as Munna Ali and Wakil Ajbir of Morangiyal village in Nagaon town.
The sources further revealed that the youths kidnapped the minor girl on Monday with an aim to rape her and took her to an abandoned house situated at Morangiyal village. But their plan was busted by some local people and immediately informed the Nagaon police which arrested the two youths.
