GUWAHATI, Oct 1 � To mark the launch of a minimum pension of Rs 1000 per month from September 2014 under Employees Pension Scheme, 1995, functions were organized across the country including Guwahati on Tuesday.
Central Minister Sarbananda Sonowal formally launched the minimum pension scheme in the North East at a function held at the GMCH auditorium. The Minister also felicitated 425 pensioners on the occasion.
