JORHAT, Nov 5 - Local outfit Milanjyoti Sports Club caused an upset in the ATPA Shield Football Tournament defeating former champions ASEB Sports Club of Guwahati.
In the first quarterfinal at the Jorhat Stadium here today, after playing goalless draw, Milanjyoti SC netted four against ASEB�s two in the penalty shoot-out.
Sailen Saikia, Diju Bora, Rajib Karmakar, Gautam Telenga were the successful shooter in the tie breaker for the winning team while for ASEB only Rakesh Das and Jamlal Hmar could hit the target.
