GUWAHATI, March 15 - The Department of Botany of Gauhati University in collaboration with the Botanical Forum, GU, and NERIM Group of Institutions will organise the 8th Professor HK Baruah Memorial Lecture and Alumni Meet on March 28.
The GU Vice Chancellor PJ Handique will grace the programme as the chief guest and Professor AS Ahluwalia of Punjab University will deliver the memorial lecture on �Potential of Photoautotrophic Microbes for Biofuel and Nutraceuticals.�
In a statement, Head of the Department of Botany in GU, N Devi, urged all the alumni to attend the event.
