SHILLONG, June 20 - Vice President of United Democratic Party (UDP), Allantry Franklin Dkhar has been appointed as Chief Adviser to Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma.
In a statement issued here, Secretary of Meghalaya CM�s Secretariat informed of the appointment of Allantry Franklin Dkhar as Political Adviser and Arlene Sangma as Political Secretary with perks and facilities under category �C� with effect from the date of assumption of charge.
