GUWAHATI, May 15 � The Kamrup Metro district administration held a meeting with representatives of the Kamrup Chamber of Commerce, wholesalers and fair price shop owners at the DC�s office here yesterday. The meeting was chaired by Dr M Angamuthu, Deputy Commissioner of Kamrup Metro. Issues relating to rise in prices of commodities, especially lentils, was discussed in the meeting.
Dr Angamuthu said that there is a need to ensure that consumers are able to buy products at lesser rates through �Amar Dukans�.
