GUWAHATI, Aug 2 - The city-based Foundation for Social Transformation (FST) conducted a meet on �Profit maximisation and the concept of giving� on the FST office premises on Wednesday.
The chief speakers at the event were Dr Razdaan Rahman, Assistant Professor at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and Gulam Ommar Ahmed, Assistant Professor at NEF College, Guwahati.
They elaborated on how profit maximisation works in an organisation and how the current generation can allot their time in giving back to society with optimal utilisation of the resources and energies.
FST executive director Ritupon Gogoi also spoke on the occasion. The meet was followed by a question-answer session, stated a press release issued today.
