GUWAHATI, July 8 - The PHD Chamber NER Guwahati organized an interactive session on Friday on the topic �Challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurs of Assam�.
Ranjit Singh, Director in-charge of IIE Guwahati, was the chief guest in the interactive session attended by entrepreneurs from various sectors who shared their experiences.
The entrepreneurs included Sanjib Sarma, Director, WebX Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Tridip Sarma, Director, Brahmaputra Jungle Resort and Dr Anuj Baruah, Director, Krishi Jigyas. They requested SK Hazarika, Resident Manager, PHD Chamber NER Guwahati, to support and advocate formation of strong IT and tourism policies for the growth of the region.
In the session, JC Kalita, faculty member, IIE Guwahati, highlighted about various government schemes and support extended to MSMEs of the Northeast.
