GUWAHATI, June 28 - Guwahati Smart City Limited will be taking up new projects in various important public places across the city.
An official statement said that the projects in the pipeline include LED streetlighting in many roads. The Brahmaputra Riverfront Development Project will also be implemented very soon.
The Master System Integrator Project (MSI), which is also on anvil, will implement a modern security and surveillance system that will enhance the safety and security of citizens.
The project will also set up infrastructure at important public places � including providing Wi-Fi services and emergency response services to the citizens, information bill boards, and public address system in case of emergencies, the statement added.
