IMPHAL, Dec 13 - FC Zalen, Sadar Hills sealed their place in the quarterfinals of the 60th edition of Manipur soccer tournament popularly known as CC Meet on Tuesday.
In their pre quarterfinal match played at Mapal Kangjeibung ground here today, FC Zalen beat KLASA, Keinou 3-2.
FC Zalen will face Baarhoongka AC, Kokrajhar in their quarterfinal match on Friday.
On Monday, NISA Thangmeiband defeated TRAU Kwakeithel 4-3 via penalty shoot-out in the pre-quarter final match. NISA will play Assam Regimental Centre (ARC), Shillong on Saturday. The winner of NISA and ARC Shillong will meet Southern Sporting Union Singjamei on December 19. On the other hand NEROCA Sangakpham will take on DMRAO Sekmai in Imphal West district in another quarterfinal match on Thursday.
