IMPHAL, Nov 30 - Manipur won the 61st National School Games football title defeating Uttar Pradesh 6-4 in tie-breaker.
In the U-14 category final played at Durg, Chattishgarh today, both the teams scored one goal each in the regulation time. The lone goal of Manipur was netted by Ajitkumar. In the penalty shootout, M Givson, Jangminlun, MD Rouf, Willer and Ajitkumar found the target for Manipur. Earlier in the semifinal, Manipur outclassed Jammu and Kashmir 7-0.
