IMPHAL, June 12 � Manipur Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh on Thursday said the State has tremendous potential for development of horticulture products and lamented that the farmers lack adequate scientific knowledge to boost production.
Ibobi made the observations while inaugurating the 1st Manipur National Horti Expo cum Workshop 2015 at here yesterday.
Stating that the State Government is not in a position to give employment to all the educated unemployed persons in the State, he asked the youth to go for self-employment.
