IMPHAL, Sept 21 - The Manipur government has issued a Standard operating Procedure (SoP) for those who are returning by flight, and also for those who come to drop or pick up passengers at the airport.
�Air passengers arriving with e-pass shall be allowed access in their own/hired vehicles to report to the centres designated by the deputy commissioners of home district,� said Dr Rajesh Kumar, Chief Secretary in an office memorandum on Saturday.
�All passengers arriving at Imphal should apply to Deputy Commissioner of their home district for issue of e-pass by indicating their personal and flight details at least two days in advance.�
