IMPHAL, Sept 10 - Manipur Government is planning to revive libraries in selected Government Higher Secondary Schools in the State, stated Education Minister Thokchom Radheshyam.
The Minister was speaking as the chief guest at the public awareness programme held in memory of Late Dr Huirongbam Atulchandra Singh for his contribution in establishing public library in the State, at Library Conference Hall, Manipur University.
