IMPHAL, July 24 - Manipur fencing team bagged eight medals including 4 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze medal in the ongoing 7th Mini National Fencing Championship, organised under the aegis of Fencing Association of India at Nasik in Maharashtra.
In the boy�s foil individual event, O Denish and Loiyumba clinched a gold and a silver medal respectively. N Benson won a gold in the boy�s epee individual event while S Nelson bagged a bronze medal. In the girl�s epee individual event, A Chandrika and S Crownlady snatched a gold and a silver medal respectively. I Abe Devi secured a gold medal in the girl�s sabre individual group event while N Jessi clinched a silver medal.
