NEW DELHI, May 27 - Controversial Congress leader and former Lok Sabha member Mani Kumar Subba passed away on Sunday night at a hospital in Gurgaon. The lottery baron suffered a heart attack on Sunday night at his Chhatarpur farm house and was rushed to Artemis Hospital but was declared brought dead.
