RAHA, July 8 - In a horrific incident, a three-year old child died after her uncle allegedly murdered her with a sharp weapon at Dalimbari village near Amsoi police outpost under Raha Police Station on Saturday morning.
The 65-year-old man, identified as Apurba Das is the own uncle of the deceased Sujata Das and it is yet unknown to the victim�s family as to why the child was killed.
The incident occurred at around 6.30 am, when the child was stabbed to death by a sharp weapon by her uncle, said Amrit Konwar, I C , Amsoi police outpost.
The father of the deceased child, Kanta Das said that he had always maintained a good relationship with his brother Apurba Das. � We have no idea as to why he had commited such a heinous crime. We do not know the reasons of the killing of my daughter,� said the father.
