By Staff reporter

GUWAHATI, July 10 The Asom Gana Parishad today urged Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi to make clear his stand following the revelations made by peasant leader Akhil Gogoi when he produced lost documents pertaining to cases against Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in Chandmari and Pan bazar police stations.

In a statement, the AGP said that the State Governments patronage of militant and criminal activities had been exposed several times in the recent past.

DHD chief Jewel Garlosas statement in the court premises yesterday that the Government and the administration had a hand in DHD chairman Niranjan Hojais escape to Nepal is just one more instance exposing the Governments murky dealings, the statement said.

The AGP reiterated its demand for bringing into the ambit of the CBI probe into the NC Hills scam all the Government departments.

The BJP, Guwahati City Committee, demanded resignation of Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi following the series of grave allegations against Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. It also called for a judicial inquiry into the charges.
