GUWAHATI, Jan 26 � The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Assam Pradesh, has welcomed the �Make in North East� policy announced by the DoNER and said that this initiative
would uplift the socio-economic scenario of the region.
The party said that the policy would also ensure revenue generation for the Government by developing the North-east as a destination for investors, holiday-seekers and tourists.
