ITANAGAR, Oct 10 - The Arunachal Pradesh Government has ordered transfer and posting of 27 IPS and APPS (Arunachal Pradesh Police Service) officers with immediate effect.
As per the order issued by the Home Department on Friday, senior IPS officer Madhur Verma has been posted as the DIGP (HQ), Police Headquarters, Itanagar, while SP (Fire and Emergency Services) Romil Baaniya was transferred and posted as the AIGP (Planning) and SP (Traffic and Road Safety), PHQ.
The SP, Itanagar Capital Complex, Tumme Amo, has been transferred and posted as the Commanding Officer (CO), 2nd IRBn, Diyun (Changlang), while the SP of Papumpare (Rural), Jimmy Chiram, is shifted and posted as the SP, Capital.
SP (Prison) Kime Aya has been transferred and posted as the CO, 4th IRBn, Jully, while the SP of Namsai, Ankit Kumar Singh, has been transferred as the Lohit SP.
The SP (SIT), PHQ Itanagar, Hemant Tiwari, has been transferred and posted as the principal of PTC, Banderdewa, while the SP of West Kameng, Raja Banthia, has been shifted to West Siang, and the SP of Siang, Kushal Pal Singh, to Lower Siang.
The SP of Longding, BR Boma Reddy, has been transferred and posted as the SP of West Kameng, while the SP of East Kameng, Piyush Fulzele, has been made the SP of PHQ, Itanagar.
The SP of Kamle, Sumit Kumar Jha, has been transferred and posted as the SP of East Kameng, while Rahul Gupta (IPS), who was awaiting posting, has been posted as the SP of Kamle.
Aishwariya Sharma, another IPS officer awaiting posting, has been posted as the SP of Pakke Kessang.
The SP of Dibang Valley, Singjatla Singpho, has been transferred to Siang district, while the SP of Lohit, DW Thungon, has been made the SP of Namsai, the SP of West Siang, Jummer Basar, as the SP of Upper Siang, and the SP of Pakke Kessang, JK Lego, as the SP of Lower Dibang Valley.
The SP of Upper Siang, Neelam Nega, has been transferred and posted as the SP of Papumpare (Rural), while Irak Bagra has been posted as the AIGP (Estt), PHQ, Itanagar.
IPS officers Dinesh Kumar Gupta, Sanjay Bhatia and Vikram Harimohan Meena have been posted as the AIGP (Ops), OSD to the DGP, SP (Fire and Emergency Services) and the SP, Longding, respectively on arrival.
Similarly, Rohit Rajbir Singh, Satyavir Katara, RS Sagar and Rakesh Kumar have been posted as the SP (SIT/Crime), SP (Security) PHQ, SP, Anini (Dibang Valley) and CO, 1st IRBn, Namsangmukh (Tirap), respectively.
