GUWAHATI, Aug 28 - The Trailukya Nath All Assam Major Ranking Table Tennis Championship will be organised by the Nagaon Sports Association, under the aegis of the Assam Table Tennis Association (ATTA) from September 4, informed ATTA secretary Tridib Duvarah.
The three-day championship will be held at the Nurul Amin Stadium, Nagaon where more than 350 players from all the ATTA affiliated districts are expected to take part.
Nayanjyoti Sarma, treasurer of the ATTA will be the observer in the meet while Govinda Upadhaya of Guwahati and Chandan Goswami of Nagaon have been appointed as the chief and assistant referees respectively.
Like other ranking tournaments 10 individual events, from cadet to senior, in both boys and girls will be conducted in the meet. Entries have to be completed on or before August 30.
