NAGAON, May 5 � A devastating fire that broke out around 10 am today, gutted three business outlets of popular Aditya group in Keyapatty here. It has been learnt that the fire broke out due to an electrical short-circuit which later spread to a gas cylinder, bursting it, in one of their sweet manufacturing units.
According to available reports, the total loss incurred has been estimated at about Rs 2 crore.
Due to the timely arrival of the fire brigade team, the old Joyshree Cinema Hall and other business establishments were saved.
