Maharana AC in final

TIHU, Sept 19 - Maharana AC of Guwahati cruised into the final of the Tarun Dutta, Satish Haloi and Madan Sarma Memorial Football Tournament defeating Hayana Club of Subankhata 5-4 in penalty shootout.

After playing a 2-2 draw in regulation time in the second semifinal at the Makhibaha High School playground today, Maharana netted three against Hayana�s two in tie breaker.

Deep scored both the goals for Hayana Club while Ramos Ingti and Raj Rai Choudhury netted one goal each for the winning team.

Now Maharana AC will face IRBn in the final on September 24.
