GUWAHATI, May 5 � HG Ley of the Magic 2 Mind is in the city with a plan to generate creative urge among the school children with the application of magic. Magic blends reason and science with fantasy and art, to stimulate the intellect and entertain the people of all ages, Ley said while talking to this correspondent here today.
Magic has been used as an educational tool, to counter superstition or to teach the fundamentals of science, to instill confidence and self-esteem and even as an advertising medium to deliver a social, political or commercial message, he said.
�The Magic 2 Mind believes in yourself whether you can make anything happen. It enriches students� learning. It is a straight communication for better understanding,� he said.
In the city, he said he has performed in the NPS International School, St Francis, among others, while in Shillong he has performed at the Tiny Tots English School, Angels English School. In Dibrugarh, he performed in the Kidzee, Sanskriti, Blooming Dale and the Sampoorna KV School. He will also perform at Don Bosco Higher Secondary School and Holy Child School here.
