GUWAHATI, July 22 - Former international shuttler from Assam Madhurjya Barua has been unanimously nominated as the chief adviser-technical of Rajasthan Badminton Association (RBA).
Barua will head the coaching and planning apart from leading RBA as the chairman of the newly declared Rajasthan Badminton League. RBA also announced its annual badminton calendar for the upcoming season along with the senior and junior coaching panel. As the chief of coaching and planning, with his expertise and experience, he will advise RBA in hiring and nominating badminton coaches including hiring of foreign coaches apart from providing foreign exposure to young badminton players from Rajasthan, stated a release issued here. He is an officer of Oil India Limited and resides in Rajasthan.
