DOOMDOOMA, Jan 13 - Lieutenant General Suresh Sharma has taken over as the 24th Director General Border Roads (DGBR) recently. Before taking over as DGBR, he was holding the post of the Director General Combat Engineers at the Army headquarters.
He also served as the Chief Operation Officer and advisor to the United Nations Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is a qualified mountaineer and has participated in several international mountaineering expeditions.
