Jorhat, Feb 25: In view of the ensuing polls, the Jorhat District Magistrate by issuing an order has asked the holders of all licensed arms in the district to deposit their guns at the respective police stations by March 2.
The order mentioned that failing to comply with the directive will lead to cancellation of licenses of the arms holders
