JALUKBARI, Nov 10 - A leopard, which had created panic among the residents of Gaushala, Maligaon and surrounding areas, was caught by the personnel of the Forest Department this morning.
The Forest Department, after receiving complaints from the locals about the leopard�s movements in the area, kept a cage as a trap and used a lamb as bait. Another leopard was caged a few days back from the same area.
Sources said that the caged leopard was healthy and would be taken to the State Zoo.
