JALUKBARI, May 7 - A lecture cum interactive session with Prof Uday Kishore from the Bioscience Department of Brunel University London will be held at the Gauhati University on May 10 and 11.
GU Vice Chancellor Dr Mridul Hazarika who had visited Brunel University London in February last with a team of academics, will inaugurate the event on May 10 at the GU Institute of Science and Technology.
Internationally reputed physician and former director of AIIMS, Delhi Dr Ramesh Ch Deka, former Director of AIIMS, New Delhi and presently Vice Chancellor of the Assam Down Town University, Guwahati will be the distinguished guest.
The programme is being organised jointly by the GU Alumni Association and GU Institute of Science and Technology.
