BONGAIGAON, Sept 11 - Cracking the whip, Bongaigaon Deputy Commissioner Adil Khan on Tuesday placed Aminul Khan, a Lat Mandal of Boitamari Revenue Circle under suspension for prima facie misconduct, tampering of land records, insubordination, misuse of official position and breach of trust and forgery.
A complaint was received from the secretary/president of Ambari Achani Dong Committee that land measuring 51 bigha, 3 kotha and 11 lesa of village Koreya Pahar under Boitamari Revenue Circle which was a long standing patta in the name of the secretary of the Dong Committee had been struck out arbitrarily and names of legal heirs of the then secretary of Dong Committee have been inserted in place of the standing pattadars, after the demise of Moslem Uddin Ahmed, as if it was their ancestral/personal property.
