NAGAON, Sept 28 � Langshiling Football Club of Shillong entered the final of ID Cup soccer by defeating Kalighat Milan Sangha, Kolkata 2-0. The match ended goalless in regulation time.
In extra time, Mustafa Maco scored the first goal and A Donbock netted the second goal for Shillong.
After the second goal was scored, the Kalighat team was not pleased with the goal and assaulted the referee Dibyajyoti Sharma and line referee Ohiduz Zaman. Then spectators entered the field and tried to attack the Kalighat players but police and the office bearers of Nagaon Sports Association succeeded to bring the situation under control.
The referee showed red cards to P Biswash and S Jacob of Kalighat in the 76th minute and 116th minute respectively. Two Shillong players were also shown the yellow card.
