IMPHAL, July 9 - Passenger bus services on the busy Imphal-Ukhrul sector of National Highway 102 in Manipur has remained suspended for the last three days following a landslide.
However, small vehicles such as cars, vans and gypsies have managed to cross the landslide-hit Finch Corner area, 65 km from Imphal after Border Road Task Force (BRTF) personnel cleared the area this afternoon, reports said.
The BRTF personnel are making all out efforts to restore normal traffic on the National Highway.
Meanwhile, normal traffic on the Imphal-Silchar Highway has resumed since the last few days after restoration works were undertaken by the concerned agencies after the route was also hit by landslides.
