NORTH LAKHIMPUR, June 25 - North Lakhimpur and Bihpuria, along with Laluk and Dhakuakhana, shared the honours for Lakhimpur district in the results of the Higher Secondary examinations 2020. The district got three positions in the top 10, each in Arts and Commerce streams, by students from various institutes. Swagata Dutta of Genius Academy Junior College secured the sixth position in Arts by securing 470 marks with letter marks in English, Assamese, Economics, Political Science, Education and Anthropology.
Dibya Pratim Borah of Azad Academy Junior College, North Lakhimpur, secured the seventh position in Arts stream. He secured letter marks in English, Assamese, Economics, Political Science, Logic and Philosophy and Education. Sahab Uddin, appearing from Laluk HS School, secured the 10th position in Arts, securing letter marks in English, Assamese, Political Science, Geography and Retail Trade.
The district also earned three positions in the top 10 in Commerce stream. Piu Das from Dikrong National Junior College, Bihpuria secured the fourth position in Commerce, securing letter marks in English, Alternative English, Accountancy, Business Statistics, Banking and Economics. Sagina Khatoon of Dhakuakhana, appearing from Brahmaputra Academy, North Lakhimpur, got the ninth position in Commerce, with letter marks in English, Alternative English, Accountancy, Business Statistics, Banking and Economics. Madhusudhan Sharma of Dikrong National Junior College, Bihpuria secured 10th position in Commerce with letter marks in English, Alternative English, Accountancy, Business Statistics, Banking and Economics.
