GUWAHATI, Aug 28 - Hare Krishna Movement, Guwahati is celebrating Sri Krishna Janmashtami at the Sonaram School Field from September 1 to 4.
On September 4, the Nandotsav festival will be celebrated, which also coincides with Vyasa Puja, the 122nd birth anniversary of AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, founder acharya of the Worldwide Hare Krishna Movement. The highlights of the four-day celebration will include abshishekam, fasting, jhulan seva, pallaki yatra, naam jaap, 108 steps to moksha, chappan bhog, etc, said a press release.
