DIPHU, May 13 - The acting chairman of the KPLT was arrested early on Friday morning from Beloghat under Dokmoka police station during a joint operation of the Assam Police and security forces. The ultra has been identified as Sing Timung alias Binong Timung. 301 rounds of live ammunition of M16 rifle were recovered from his possession by the joint operation team.
A case no. 23/18 under Sections 121/122/PIC/Sec25(1-a) Arms Act has been registered against the nabbed ultra.
