SHILLONG, Oct 28 - President Ram Nath Kovind would grace the 26th Convocation of the North Eastern Hill University (NEHU) as the chief guest on November 4.
President Kovind would be in the northeastern region for two days and would first visit the Lingdum Monastery, Gangtok on November 2.
He would also attend the 5th convocation of Sikkim University on November 3 and then visit the state capital.
