ITANAGAR, Aug 7 � Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu has wished speedy recovery of his Assam counterpart Tarun Gogoi and exuded hope that he would resume office at the earliest.
In a letter to the Assam Chief Minister, Khandu said, �I was elated over the news of your successful heart surgery on August 4 last and the doctor�s comment terming you as fit and fine.�
He further wrote to Gogoi, �I, on behalf of the people of Arunachal Pradesh, my Cabinet colleagues and of course, on my own behalf pray Lord Buddha for your speedy recovery and hope you resume your office on an early date.�
