GUWAHATI, June 10 - A new executive body and a ladies� wing were elected for two years at the 54th annual general meeting of the Greater Gauhati Kerala Samajam held here recently, a press release stated here today.
Kalashree VK Sivashankaran was elected as president, EN Sashi Nair as vice president, KP Peethambaran as general secretary, VK Manoj as joint secretary, AY George as treasurer, AB Rajan as public relations officer and Vasantha Singh as the ladies� wing convener.
A number of executive members were also elected from the greater Guwahati area.
