GUWAHATI, Sept 12 - Onkarmal Kedia has joined as the Director General of Sports Authority of Assam (SAA) today. He retired from SAI as Special DG on January 31 this year.
Prior to that he was working as Joint Secretary for about 5 years in the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.
He hails from Barpeta Road and did his graduation from Howli College,�Barpeta, stated a release.
