DIPHU, Sept 11 - The Karbi Anglong district administration launched e-district project, especially for the processing of the application for permission for delayed birth certificate through electronic mode under e-district project.
The e-district project started from September 1 at the PFC, Deputy Commissioner Office, Karbi Anglong, Diphu, stated an official press release here on Friday.
The press release further stated that the permission shall be processed through the e-application forms only and the same is available in the PFC, Deputy Commissioner Office, Karbi Anglong. The e-application can also be downloaded from the website - www.karbianglong.nic.in.
The user charge for the service under e-district project will be Rs 30 per application. Additional printing and scanning charges shall be Rs 10 and Rs 5 per page respectively as per Government of Assam, the press release added.
