GUWAHATI, Aug 2 - The 5-day Greater Guwahati Summer Karate Coaching Camp came to an end at the Desbhakta Tarun Ram Phookan Indoor Stadium in the RG Baruah Sports Complex here last evening.
The camp was organised by the Greater Guwahati Karate Association in collaboration with United Karate Do Association, Assam. Former National Champion and International player Sehwag Deuri of CRPF imparted training to 40 karatekas who won gold medals in the last Lower Assam Zone Inter District Karate Championship. UKAA working president Bhuban Lahkar, general secretary Nagen Bongjang, vice president Uday Kumar Sah were present in the closing function along with other UKAA officials, stated a release.
