RANGIYA, March 25 - A joint meeting of Kalita Janagosthi Demand Committee and its sister organisations was held at the Faculty Academy premises here reecently.
The meet, chaired by its president Arabinda Chandra Kalita, discussed in detail the various grievances yet to be addressed by the government.
Further, the meeting flayed the government for its lackadaisical attitude in treating the issues raised by the community. It, therefore, urged the Government to treat the issues with all the seriousness that they deserved and also for early redressal of the same.
The meet was attended by representatives of all sister organisations, including Mahila Mancha, which is the female wing of the demand committee.
