JORHAT, Dec 11 - It was a day of upsets in the Jorhat Tennis Club (JTC)-All India Tennis Association (AITA) U-18 Championship Series Tournament at the Jorhat Tennis Club here today. As many as five upsets took place on the opening day of the championship where to seed in girls section Justina Borgohain was beaten by unseeded Adrika Rajkumari in the semifinal.
Players from Assam are only participating in the championship as per the guideline of the AITA where only singles events for both boys and girls are organized.
