GUWAHATI, Sept 9 � Sagalpara Jyotimoy Sangha will take on Azara Boys Club in the summit clash of the Joyram Medhi, Dhiren Boro and Bhriguram Boro Memorial Football Tournament.
In the second semifinal of the tournament which has been organised by organised Brihattar Beltola Krira Bikash Samittee at Sarusajai Stadium ground here today, Sagalpara Jyotimoy Sangha edged past Dulgreen Sports Club of Tangla 2-1.
Mikel Bongjong scored both the goals for Sagalpara in the 53rd and 78th minutes. It was however the Tangla team which went ahead in the 7th minute through Figu Daimary. But they could not take advantage of the early lead.
The final has been slated for September 11. Tomorrow, Dulgreen SC will play against Bongaon Nabajyoti Sangha in the play off match for the third position.
